The IW:LEARN Tools Compendium (2025) brings together 29 technical and operational instruments developed by, or applicable to, GEF IW projects. In this publication, uPcycle features an early iteration of the Global Lakes Explorer, which was then called the Global Phosphorus Dashboard. We describe the design choices and data inclusion within the tool, the evaluation procedure for quality assurance and user experience, and discuss in detail the intended use of the tool upon official deployment.
